U2 360 Widget on Clearspring

Posted by widgetgirl on March 31, 2009

Check out the new U2 widget on the Clearspring platform. I was shopping for tickets to their upcoming concert (ok, it is about 5 months away) and saw their new widget. The last U2 widget on our platform was the National Geographic U23D widget (which had an Easter Egg inside). Cheers to my favorite band of all time!

More on Unique Visitors…

Posted by widgetgirl on March 30, 2009

My good friend and Chair of the WAA Standards Committee wrote a very comprehensive blog post today on Unique Visitors.  This is a follow up from my Metrics Insider article on March 20, Eric Peterson’s post on March 23 and April Wilson’s post on March 26.  It’s been a long week with a lot of fiery fury in the Web Analytics community.  Oh the passion…

Please read Angie’s post as she outlines the critical points around the WAA’s definition of the Unique Visitors metric.

No Doubt 2009 Tour Widget

Posted by widgetgirl on March 27, 2009

I am huge Gwen Stefani fan and was so excited to see that No Doubt has a widget on our platform promoting their tour. On top of that (personal high) some of us here at Clearspring had a conference call with the band to discuss the performance of the widget and the contest they were running in the widget. Gwen didn’t make the call, but the other band members did. No Sweet Escape for me that day.
